Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policies 

We make every effort to source the best products in terms of performance and quality, and would like you to get 100% satisfaction from them.

Returns and Exchanges

Prefer another colour, size or design?

  • Send us an email at to start the process
  • Let us know your order number and reason for return

Here’s what we can do for you:

  • Exchange the item for an RDRC Gift Card, with 1-year validity from the date of exchange (equivalent to the full amount paid, minus shipping)
  • Exchange the item for another (you’ll have to top-up any difference and shipping)

Some basic conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Return your item
    • Within 7 days of purchase or date of delivery (for online orders)
  • Returned items
    • Must be unused
    • Have tags, labels, packaging etc., intact
  • Return postage is at your expense, and you are responsible for the items posted
    • We recommend using a registered service so they don’t get lost in transit
    • We recommend packing the items properly to avoid damage in transit
  • Returned items will be inspected by the RDRC crew
    • Upon approval, we will process the exchange or return
  • Non-returnable items
    • Sale items
    • Consumables and perishables (e.g., nutrition, supplements, anti-chafing balms and masks)

RDRC’s Quality Assurance

We make every effort to source the best products in terms of performance and quality, and should you face any issues please email for help.

Our quality assurance is a promise to you that we’ll assist you if a product you purchased from us is:

  • Defective or breaks down *prematurely
  • Not covered by a specific warranty policy

*This is assessed on a case by case basis

Some exceptions to the above would be:

  • Improper use of items
  • Improper care for items 

Brand Specific Warranty Policies

As we carry a variety of products from different brands, we generally adopt or adapt each brand’s warranty policy (if any).

Refund policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will send you a notification of a store credit for the amount of your refund. Please note we will no longer offer cash refunds.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 108 Sims Avenue, Singapore 387432.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 108 Sims Avenue, Singapore 387432.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over S$100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
