With four weeks to go, your goal is to condition your body for HYROX’s unique challenge: high-volume strength movements interspersed with running. You’re training for both muscular endurance and cardiovascular grit—so structure is key.

Here’s a week-by-week breakdown grounded in respected functional fitness programming:

WEEK 1–2: Volume + Simulation

Focus: Full-body conditioning and pacing practice

Recommended Weekly Plan:

  • 2 x HYROX simulation workouts (60–75 mins): mimic the event flow (e.g., 1km run + 50 wall balls + 1km run + 50 weighted lunges…)
