Some basic conditions for exchange or return:
- You can return your item within 7 days of purchase (or receipt, for online orders) for an exchange or credit note.
- Sale items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be unworn/unused and in the full original undamaged packaging.
- Return postage is at your expense, and we will not be responsible for items lost in the post, so please return your items by a registered service.
- Please make sure the goods are packaged properly to avoid damage in transit.
- All goods will be inspected upon return.
- Once everything has been approved, we will send you a credit note for the amount you paid for the item, minus our shipping costs. If you require an exchange, shipping costs will be borne by you.
